For us, servicing is not merely about repair. It is about trust, responsibility and cooperation.

Every day, we meet people who are facing a problem caused by a faulty appliance. Our task is not simply to replace parts or look for faults, but to provide a real solution. We believe that we do not just repair appliances — we solve problems.

For us, a repair is successful when the appliance regains its original function and the fault reported by the customer is resolved. We do not want to provide less than this, but we also do not promise more than we can professionally and responsibly undertake.

As an authorised brand service centre, we are responsible at the same time to our customers, to our manufacturer partners and to our own professional conscience. For us, this is not only an authorisation, but also a serious responsibility. An international manufacturer has placed its trust in us by entrusting us with the handling of warranty repairs in Hungary. We aim to earn and maintain this trust every day through fair, rule-abiding and conscientious work.

The foundation of our work is fairness. We comply with the applicable laws, professional regulations and manufacturer conditions. We do not issue false expert opinions, we do not carry out unnecessary repairs, we do not replace parts without reason, and we do not promise deadlines that we know cannot be kept. A short-term, easier solution can never be more important than fair and honest conduct.

Our customers have the right to receive accurate and understandable information. That is why we always strive to explain clearly what they can expect: how long the repair may take, what documents are required, what costs may arise, and what options are available. If a repair is not justified from a technical or economic point of view, we make that clear as well. In such cases, the final decision is always made by the customer.

We know that handing over an appliance for service can be inconvenient for many customers. It requires time, organisation and patience. That is why we aim to help from the very first contact with reassuring, clear and human communication. We do not want conflict; we want cooperation. Our goal is shared: to solve the problem.

In warranty cases, we consider it especially important that customers should not come to us with fear or uncertainty. If the appliance is still within the warranty period, the purchase can be verified, and the fault falls within the scope of the warranty, we carry out the repair free of charge. Our aim is not to look for reasons to reject a warranty claim, but to resolve legitimate warranty issues.

At the same time, warranty is not an unlimited possibility, and it does not replace proper use, maintenance or conscious purchasing decisions. Replacement vouchers, replacement certificates or any other solutions are always handled on the basis of justified reasons, in accordance with the applicable rules and manufacturer conditions. We deal with real faults and real technical problems.

The same approach guides us in chargeable repairs as well. The purpose of the diagnostic assessment is to determine professionally whether the appliance can be repaired, what parts and labour are required, and what repair cost can be expected on this basis. Unfortunately, not every appliance can be repaired economically. In such cases, our goal is not to sell a repair at any cost, but to provide fair and honest information.

Successful repair also requires the customer’s cooperation. An accurate fault description is often just as important as the technical inspection itself. The more precisely we understand the fault, the faster and more accurately we can work. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers not to write only “faulty” or “not working”, but to describe exactly what they have experienced, when the fault occurs, under what circumstances, and whether the problem is recurring or intermittent.

It may happen that after a repair, another fault or a previously unreported problem becomes apparent. This can occur especially with older appliances brought in for chargeable repair. We try to handle such cases with special attention and, where justified, with an accelerated process. Our goal remains the same: to find a solution while communicating fairly and clearly.

For us, repair is also a way of preserving value. While manufacturers, importers and retailers bring new products to the market, we work to ensure that appliances already in use do not leave service unnecessarily early. We did not become a service centre as an environmental slogan, but it is good to know that through our work we often contribute to preventing a repairable appliance from becoming unnecessary waste.

The greatest recognition for us is not an award, an advertisement or a gift. It is the moment when a customer leaves us with their problem solved. If, years later, someone says only this about us: “I took my appliance in, and they solved the problem,” then we feel that we have achieved our goal.

We do not believe that the customer is always right. We believe that the customer is our partner. A fair, functional and long-term sustainable solution can be born from the cooperation of the manufacturer, the customer and the service centre. This is our philosophy.
