Getting a faulty appliance to a service center can often be more inconvenient than reporting the fault itself.

Bringing the appliance in personally takes time, travel and carrying. In some cases, you may even need to rearrange your day or take time off work just to get the appliance to the service center.

Free courier pickup – where available for the given appliance – also requires preparation. You need to find suitable packaging, pack the appliance safely, use proper protective filling, and then arrange the collection time with the courier.

Our EXTRA pickup service is an especially convenient choice if you do not have time to bring the appliance in personally, do not want to prepare it for courier transport, or simply want the easiest possible way to get it to the service center.

The service fee is HUF 7,000 and it is available exclusively within the administrative boundaries of Budapest.
